Protein in morning...!!!!
People must do exercises to keep them fit and healthy. Cardiovascular training is the best done on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum fat loss. However, some fitness experts point out that in the mornings, the body is in a state of starvation after eight hours of sleep. Doing cardio when blood glucose, amino acids and muscle glycogen levels are low will not only break down fat cells but also lean muscle tissue for energy, they say. Loss of lean muscle may decrease metabolic rate, prevent fat loss and hit the immune system. This catabolism could be minimised by consuming a good quality of protein supplement. Hence don't forget to have your protein supplemnet before doing exercise.
