Stretching....!!!!!!!!!
Many think stretching before exercise is good for health. But it is not so. Stretching is recommended as part of warm ups by most trainers. Some researchers say that this is a bad idea. Stretching before training, decreases power and output. Greej researchers tested age effects if stretches lasting from ten to sixty seconds on performance. Stretching for thirty seconds decreases isometric strength. Hence stretching should be vaoided before exercises that call for maximum strength and power. Scientists also warn that stretching a cold muscle many invite injury.
