Arnold Press..!!!

Many gym goers have huge biceps and triceps. But for a man to look handsome, he has to posses broad and strong shoulders. The best way to get such shoulders is to do Arnold press. It is a very good exercise to build strong shoulders. This exercise puts maximum emphasis on front head of the shoulders. Lateral head of the shoulder is also worked. Triceps and upper part of the chest also receive some benefits. This exercise helps all the sportsmen who raise their hands overhead while playing. It helps weightlifters, wrestlers, martial artists, gymnasts, swimmers and basketball players.
